Japanese Chef
Location: Dubai (with occasional travel)
Salary: up to AED35,000 per month, depending on experience

6 days per week

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Japanese Chef to join a private household in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in authentic Japanese cuisine and will demonstrate the ability to deliver exceptional culinary standards consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present authentic Japanese dishes of the highest quality.
• Develop and execute seasonal menus tailored to the principals’ preferences.
• Ensure the use of premium, fresh ingredients while maintaining exceptional presentation standards.
• Oversee kitchen operations with a focus on hygiene, efficiency, and discretion.
• Accompany the principals during travel when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Japanese Chef in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or private household settings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Japanese culinary traditions and modern techniques.
• Strong menu planning and presentation skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
• Flexibility to travel internationally at short notice.
