A trusted provider of specialised engineering solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Operations & Business Development Manager to lead and expand their firefighting systems division in the UAE and wider GCC region. This senior-level role is designed for an accomplished professional with proven expertise in Cla-Val firefighting products and a strong background in fire protection systems across the GCC. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects across the region, directly contributing to the growth of their firefighting systems business. You will be the technical and commercial lead for Cla-Val systems, shaping both operations and business development strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives and oversee sales of Cla-Val firefighting valves, flow-control systems, and associated components across UAE projects.
• Lead technical operations, including product integration, commissioning, and after-sales support for firefighting and fire pump systems.
• Manage and supervise operational teams, ensuring performance excellence and alignment with organisational goals.
• Act as the technical authority for Cla-Val systems, guiding installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring responsiveness, product expertise, and outstanding service delivery.
• Report directly to senior management with regular performance reviews.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in UAE firefighting equipment sales, commissioning, and operations.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of valves, flow-control systems, and Cla-Val firefighting products. Hands-on experience in valve installation, alarm/control systems, and fire protection system integrations.
• Market Knowledge: Proven track record in GCC firefighting projects with a strong UAE presence.
• Business Acumen: Strong leadership, client coordination, and performance monitoring skills.
