Role: Recruitment Administrator

Location: West End, London

Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm

Pay: £26,000-£32,000 (Depending on Experience)

Start Date: 1st October

 

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic investment focused organisation in London. This hybrid role combines administration, research and business support, offering hands on exposure to core business functions, strategy and stakeholder engagement.

 

What you'll do:

  • Conduct secondary research on industry trends, finance, economics, markets.
  • Collect and analyse data, producing summaries and insights for management.
  • Maintain organised filing systems, records and databases
  • Support the preparation of Board papers, investment committee documents and business reports
  • Conduct secondary research on economic trends, finance and industry developments
  • Summarise data and research findings into clear insights and visual presentations
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement, event coordination, and HQ collaboration
  • Support cross functional teams with project coordination and business initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow and operational efficiency

 

Who you are:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Comfortable conducting research and presenting findings clearly
  • A proactive team player who enjoys supporting others and learning through doing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to grow in a hybrid role that blends administrative, analytical, and strategic support
