Job Description – Associate

Position Overview

A motivated and detail-oriented Associate is required to join a professional investment team based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting investment and financial activities, including financial analysis, modelling, and reporting. This role is suited to individuals with a strong academic background in finance, combined with experience in banking, financial services, Big 4, or asset management, and excellent analytical ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis.

• Perform financial statement analysis and prepare management reports.

• Support in investment research, due diligence, and market analysis.

• Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and internal reports.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities.

• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare periodic updates.

• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all financial and operational tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Finance or MBA (mandatory).

• 3–4 years of experience in banking, financial services, Big 4, or asset management.

• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, data analysis, automation).

• Expertise in financial modelling, financial statement analysis, and valuation techniques.

• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
