A leading boutique venture capital firm is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to support the General Counsel across legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. This is an integral role offering hands-on experience and close collaboration with both investment and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support legal processes related to investment funds and transactions (KYC/AML, due diligence)
• Assist with company secretarial duties, board documentation, and governance
• Coordinate compliance filings and maintain legal and investor records
• Work with Investor Relations on onboarding and fundraising documentation

About You:

• Law degree or Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL)
• LPC or SQE1 completed
• Strong legal admin skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
• Ideally, experience in a corporate/funds legal team or VC/PE environment

Desirable Experience:

• 2+ years post LPC experience in private practice, ideally in a corporate or funds team at a City law firm
• In-house experience within a venture capital or private equity environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Demonstrated interest in the venture capital and startup ecosystem

This role is paying up to £50k DOE, with benefits and hybrid working, 3 days in office.
