Job Description – Analyst (Nationalization Role)

Location: Riyadh, KSA
Salary Range: SAR 18,000 – 24,000 per month

Position Overview

Our client are a leading European professional services firm who are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Analyst to join their team in Riyadh. This position is designated as a nationalization role and is open only to candidates who qualify under the Saudization program.

The Analyst will play a key role in supporting senior colleagues by delivering high quality research and market intelligence. The role requires strong intellectual curiosity, excellent research capability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for graduates with a couple of years experience working for an international organisation in Saudi seeking a role that offers career growth. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed market and industry research to support projects.

• Identify, map, and evaluate senior-level talent across industries.

• Build and maintain detailed organizational charts and leadership mapping.

• Prepare clear and concise reports, summaries, and presentations.

• Manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure client needs are met.

Candidate Profile

• Strong academic background, ideally in business, economics, or a related discipline.

• Experience conducting research using databases, online platforms, and desktop research.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure.

• Self-driven, collaborative, adaptable, and resilient.
