What you’ll do:
As an Office/Operations Assistant you will support the Head of Operations with general administrative duties. Other duties include:
- Managing and processing invoices and expenses
- Booking travel for the London office
- Setting up and coordinating internal events
- General office management from ensuring office supplies are stocked through to support the Head of Ops wherever needed.
- Onboarding new members of staff
- Booking in interviews and induction meetings
What you’ll need:
As an Office/Operations Assistant, you will need to be extremely organised. Other attributes include:
- Being a team player and looking to build relationships with your colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise competing demands
- Be adaptable to changing demands
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
