Personal Private Driver

Location: Geneva, Switzerland

We are seeking a highly dependable, discreet, and professional Private Driver to support a CEO and his family with their day-to-day transportation needs. This full-time position requires flexibility, a high level of discretion, and an exceptional sense of responsibility in both personal and professional settings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation for the CEO and family for both business and personal purposes.
• Maintain full weekday availability, including daytime and evening hours (no weekend work required).
• Ensure the vehicle is consistently clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly.
• Plan routes efficiently, stay ahead of traffic or scheduling changes, and adapt quickly to last-minute adjustments.
• Uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
• Assist with errands, luggage, or other logistical needs as required.
• Be available for occasional travel within Switzerland and abroad.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Swiss or EU driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role serving private clients or executives.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Strong familiarity with Geneva and surrounding areas; excellent navigation and route planning skills.
• Fully flexible and available.
• Professional appearance, respectful attitude, and a composed, service-oriented demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability to manage VIP and high-profile clientele with discretion and care.

WHO YOU ARE

Experience driving high-end or luxury vehicles.

Background in defensive driving, security, or VIP transportation is a strong advantage.

• Vehicle: Company vehicle provided.
• Dress Code: Business casual to semi-formal.
• Travel: Occasional travel within Switzerland and nearby countries may be required.
