About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SailPoint Architect to design, implement, and lead enterprise-level Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SailPoint, PingIdentity, and CyberArk, with strong knowledge of IAM processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), security best practices, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement SailPoint IIQ solutions across enterprise environments.

• Define IGA strategy, roadmap, and reference architecture aligned with compliance and business needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, security teams, and application owners to capture IAM use cases.

• Design JML processes, certification campaigns, workflows, and access request frameworks.

• Integrate SailPoint IIQ with AD/LDAP, HR systems, databases, and cloud applications.

• Lead connector development, workflows, rules, and policies (Java Beanshell, REST, SCIM, JDBC, XML).

• Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, ISO27001, and NIST standards.

• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices.

• Stay updated on IAM trends, threats, and SailPoint product enhancements.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IAM experience with strong expertise in SailPoint IIQ (LCM, Compliance Manager, certifications, provisioning, workflows).

• Solid hands-on experience with CyberArk and PingIdentity.

• Strong understanding of RBAC, JML processes, SSO/MFA, and privileged access management.

• Experience with cloud IAM platforms (Azure AD, AWS IAM, GCP IAM, SaaS).

• In-depth knowledge of compliance and security frameworks.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven track record of leading IAM projects end-to-end.
