TigerHR is delighted to be supporting a high-growth software company in its search for a new HR Operations Manager. This fast-growing software company is developing next-generation AI-powered SaaS products that transform the way technical and non-technical teams collaborate.
To support this growth, they are searching for a strategic HR Operations Manager to lead and elevate the People Talent function. This is a proactive, hands-on opportunity that requires someone capable of transforming recruiting processes, driving sourcing strategies, and delivering a top candidate experience as the company expands its global team.
The Role
The HR Operations Manager will sit at the heart of the company’s growth journey;, designing, implementing, and optimising People and Recruitment processes while ensuring top-tier talent is brought on board quickly and effectively. They will manage the applicant tracking system, lead proactive sourcing efforts, and act as the key point of contact for candidates throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and refine end-to-end recruiting processes

Manage the ATS (Workable preferred) to ensure smooth candidate progression

Handle postings, scheduling, and communication with precision and care

Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, serving as the primary point of contact

Build strong relationships with external recruiters, vendors, and talent sources

Source top engineers across LinkedIn, forums, and private technical communities

Drive efficiencies through AI-powered recruiting and automation tools
About You

The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.

3–7 years of experience in HR Operations, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, within the tech space. Ideally within a high-growth or startup environment

Strong knowledge of ATS systems (Workable strongly preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, with confidence engaging candidates and stakeholders alike

A track record of building or contributing to HR processes while managing hands-on recruiting responsibilities

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities

Comfortable using AI tools for recruitment and process automation
