A UHNWI family, newly established in New Jersey, is looking for a professional, discreet, and highly organized Butler to oversee household operations, provide exceptional support to the family, and accompany them during travel as an essential member of the household team.
This is a rare, long-term opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering the highest standards of service, organization, and discretion within a dynamic, high-functioning household.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist and support the family during domestic and international travel, managing packing, logistics, itineraries, and professionally arranging accommodations and dining
- Anticipate and understand the family’s needs and preferences without explicit instructions, providing smooth, intuitive, and personalized service
- Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services, ensuring the home remains in impeccable condition
- Manage household inventories and procurement of supplies, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all household matters, maintaining discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
- Be an integral member of the household team, working collaboratively with staff to ensure seamless operations and the highest standards of service
WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience as a Butler in high-standard households
- Native Russian (mandatory) with excellent English communication skills
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness and ability to support the family during domestic and international travel
- Discreet, reliable, and highly professional at all times
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and travel overseas
- Verified references from former employers are required
- Prior experience with traditional Jewish families is considered an advantage
