Role: Accounts Payable

Location: West End, London

Start Date: Tuesday 23^rd September

Hours: 9am to 5pm, Hybrid, 3 Days in Office

Type: 4 Week Temp, Possibility to Extend

Salary: £13.85-£17.00 per hour

We’re working with a tech based logistics company who are looking for an Accounts Payable temp to help clear a backlog of invoices.

This is a 4 week assignment with the potential to be extended. You’ll need to hit the ground running, so we’re looking for someone with strong technical AP skills and prior experience using Sage.

What you’ll be doing:

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Managing and reducing the current invoice backlog
• Ensuring all entries are coded and recorded correctly in Sage
• Handling supplier queries and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Supporting the finance team with general AP duties as needed
• Working closely with the AP Manager to ensure timely processing

Who you are:

• Experienced in Accounts Payable roles, ideally in similar fast paced environments
• Confident using Sage
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to processing
• A clear communicator, confident dealing with suppliers directly
• Reliable, efficient and able to work both independently and collaboratively
