Admin Coordinator
6-month FTC
Up to £30,000
A fantastic hybrid working opportunity for an Admin Coordinator to join a small professional services firm located in the City of London. The successful coordinator will have some previous admin experience with the transerable skills to be able to take on this role. Supporting a Director, you will be working closely to ensure projects are all kept within the timelines, often multi-tasking and problem solving. ASAP joining on an initial 6 month FTC, with the potential to extend.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver high-level project admin support to the Director
- Undertake research as required for various projects
- First point of contact for monitoring emails and calls to answer all incoming queries
- Event management for assessment days and conferences
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the orientation and development of new clients
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for training sessions while ensuring high quality standards for course materials
- Extensive calendar management
- Updating & maintaining databases
Skills required:
- Educated to degree level - desired
- Highly developed IT skills across a range of platforms and tools
- Strong written and communication skills
- Committed to taking on further responsibilities pertinent to the position
- Exceptional skills in managing and coordinating tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
