Junior Account Manager
Job Description
Location: Central London (in office 2-3 days/week)
Salary: £31,000 per annum
Duration: 12 month fixed-term contract
Experience: 1+ year in an office-based, client-facing or customer support role
Start date: ASAP
A fast-growing, mission-driven education technology company is on the lookout for a bright, people-focused Junior Account Manager to join its dynamic team. What you’ll do:
You’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) helping schools get the most out of a world-class learning platform. No two days are the same, but your role will include:

Onboarding and training new school clients

Building and maintaining great relationships with teachers and school leaders

Supporting customers by phone and email

Helping schools understand how to make the most of the platform

Using data dashboards to monitor usage and provide helpful insights

Assisting with renewals, referrals and upselling

Feeding back school suggestions to the wider team

Occasionally visiting schools in person
Who you are:
You don’t need tons of experience - just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Around 1 year’s office or customer-facing experience

A natural flair for communicating with people of all levels

Great attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Confidence using digital tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, HubSpot – or similar CRMs)

An interest in education and making a difference
