Location: City of London
Salary: £65k +
Fixed Term Contract, 6 months initially with potential to go permanent
Tiger HR is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Business Partner at the Associate level to join our client’s EMEA Investment Banking on an interim basis. This is a dynamic and forward-looking role, offering excellent exposure to the fast-paced world of Investment Banking, with the opportunity to build broad experience across a range of HR disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR support across EMEA Investment Banking, working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner team.
- Manage junior-level employee relations cases, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
- Contribute to the delivery of year-end compensation processes, including system updates, data audits, and ad hoc requirements.
- Partner with local and global HRBP colleagues to support people strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate with the Talent, Diversity & Inclusion team to deliver engagement initiatives and global training programmes.
Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years’ relevant HR experience, ideally gained within an Investment Bank OR Financial services is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience handling sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Understanding of employment-related risks, with the ability to identify and escalate as needed.
