Job Description
An excellent opportunity to join a well-established international firm as a PT Office Manager in Brussels. This role is ideal for a senior office professional who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and being the go-to person for all things office-related. You’ll be working across 5 days (Monday–Friday) in a fully office-based position.
KEY DUTIES:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a smooth and professional working environment
- Managing office budgets, suppliers, service contracts, and facilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and building management
- Supporting HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and maintaining employee records
- Coordinating internal meetings, office events, and occasional travel arrangements
- Ensuring all health & safety, security, and operational policies are up to date and followed
- Providing high-level administrative support to the leadership team
WHO YOU ARE:
- 4+ years' experience in an Office Manager, Operations, or Facilities role
- Highly organised, dependable, and confident managing a busy office environment
- Strong problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable managing budgets, negotiating with suppliers, and streamlining operations
- Fluent in English and French
- Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft Office and office management systems
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while supporting a wider team
