Salary: 25,000 – 45,000 AED per month (Experience dependant)
Location: Abu Dhabi
About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, managing kitchen teams efficiently, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality culinary experiences.
• Develop and design menus that are innovative, seasonal, and aligned with the brand’s culinary vision.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
• Manage kitchen inventory, budgeting, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, promotions, and catering services.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster professional development and maintain team efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes leaving the kitchen.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in fine dining, luxury hotels, or high-end restaurants.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, trends, and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and inventory management skills.
• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent preferred.
