Corporate Paralegal

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 28,000 per month
Company: International Law Firm

Salary up to AED 28/29,000 pm. 

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our clients Dubai office. The successful candidate will support the Corporate team on a wide range of company formation, structuring, and regulatory matters across the UAE, including onshore, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions.

This position requires strong communication skills, excellent drafting ability, and the confidence to liaise directly with government authorities, clients, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with various UAE Government entities, free zone authorities, and registrars to process applications, renewals, and corporate filings.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and local authorities to ensure smooth execution of all corporate matters.

  • Draft, prepare, and review corporate documentation including incorporation forms, resolutions, share transfer instruments, amendments to Memoranda of Association (MOA), and other related documents.

  • Manage company formation processes for Offshore, DIFC, LLC, FZE, and DMCC entities.

  • Handle licence renewals, attestations, notarizations, and related communications with notaries and government departments.

  • Assist with due diligence, document verification, and maintenance of statutory records.

  • Advise new and existing businesses on corporate structuring options, ownership requirements, and compliance obligations.

  • Provide ongoing administrative and legal support to the Corporate team on transactions and filings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Corporate Paralegal or Legal Executive within a law firm or corporate services provider in the UAE.

  • Strong understanding of UAE company laws, free zone regulations, and incorporation processes.

  • Excellent drafting, organisational, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with DED, MOFA, and notary portals is advantageous.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Professional, client focused, and able to work independently under pressure.
