Tiger Recruitment, a B Corp-certified recruitment agency and market leader in support staffing since 2001, are looking for a talented and proactive Marketing Executive to join our collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in content or digital marketing who wants to sharpen their skills across SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

What You'll Do

You’ll support the marketing function across multiple channels and campaigns, including:

• Creating engaging digital content: blogs, newsletters, social media posts, video, and press materials
• Managing and analysing content performance using tools like AHrefs, Google Suite, and Social Pilot
• Optimising content for SEO and managing updates to the website via WordPress
• Engaging with Tiger’s growing social media audience, including being the face of our Instagram Reels and TikToks
• Assisting with digital advertising and PPC campaigns
• Collaborating with third-party agencies and internal stakeholders to drive lead generation and brand awareness

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, or a similar field
• Degree educated 
• Strong understanding of SEO and content best practices
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Experience using CMS platforms (WordPress), Google Analytics, Canva or similar tools
• A proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset
