About the Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for client queries across a broad range of insurance products — from professional indemnity and liability to motor and general Insurance. Working closely with the service team and reporting into the Operations Manager, you will ensure that every client interaction reflects professionalism, accuracy, and care.
Your role will involve managing customer requests, policy inquiries, renewals, and updates via both internal systems and client portals, ensuring a seamless service and timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day client queries across multiple insurance lines (PI, Liability, Motor, Property, etc.).
- Process policy changes, renewals, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Use both internal CRM systems and client portals to manage and update account information.
- Liaise with insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Maintain service quality and compliance in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience within the insurance industry is essential — ideally in a brokerage, agency, or underwriting environment.
- A strong understanding of insurance products and client servicing processes.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
- A proactive individual who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Ideally you will bring a network of industry contacts within the UAE insurance sector.
