Are you an experienced operations professional with a strong background in the insurance industry? Our client, a well-established insurance brokerage in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead their growing team and drive excellence across all service areas.

As Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the business — managing day-to-day operations, guiding a team of 35 professionals, and ensuring seamless service delivery to a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. You’ll report directly to the Founder & CEO, offering input while maintaining operational efficiency and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the brokerage, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional client service.
• Support and develop a team of 35 professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and leadership.
• Manage corporate client accounts, ensuring SLAs and service standards are consistently met.
• Review insurance quotes, policies, and renewals, ensuring competitive terms and accuracy.
• Coordinate with insurers, underwriters, and clients to support negotiation and policy management processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

About You:

• Solid background within the insurance industry – ideally within a brokerage or corporate insurance environment.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, quoting, negotiation, and renewals.
• Proven experience in managing teams and supporting operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
