A dynamic and fast-growing global tech company based in the heart of Central London is seeking an organised and proactive Junior Office Manager / Team Assistant to join their collaborative and high-energy team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of office operations while gaining exposure across the wider business.
You’ll be the face of the London office, ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day, from welcoming guests to supporting the wider team with administrative and operational tasks. With a headcount of around 100+ and a global presence, this company offers a vibrant, supportive culture where no two days are the same.
What you’ll do
In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll support both office management and team administration functions. Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers

Managing the front desk, meeting rooms, and overall office presentation

Coordinating office supplies, maintenance, and facilities management

Supporting onboarding for new starters and organising team events

Assisting with travel arrangements, expenses, and diary coordination

Providing general administrative support to senior leaders and teams

Liaising with global counterparts to ensure alignment on office initiatives
