Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive advice and guidance on regulatory and compliance matters across the business.
  • Monitor, test, and develop the firm’s Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP), including risk assessments, gap analysis, and reporting.
  • Manage regulatory filings and ensure all submissions to the local regulator are completed accurately and on time.
  • Draft, review, and update internal compliance and AML policies and procedures in line with regulatory developments.
  • Maintain compliance registers and management information reports.
  • Support and develop the firm’s AML framework and compliance training programmes.
  • Keep abreast of local and international regulatory developments and communicate implications to senior management.
  • Lead or support ad hoc compliance projects as required.

Candidate Profile

  • 8–10 years’ experience in a broad compliance role within Wealth Management or Asset Management, ideally in a multinational or regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international financial services regulations.
  • Proven ability to work independently while engaging with stakeholders across multiple global offices.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial and regulatory awareness, with the ability to balance business needs and compliance obligations.
  • A legal background or qualification would be advantageous.
