About the role:
On behalf of a well-established organisation with a diversified portfolio of businesses, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to play a key role in expanding its presence within the luxury development, architecture, and construction sector in the UAE.
Working closely with the Managing Director, this role will act as a trusted right-hand, supporting strategic growth initiatives and building long-term partnerships in the high end developer and hospitality space.
This is a relationship-led position suited to someone who understands premium environments and can confidently represent the business at senior level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Managing Director to support strategic growth and partnership development across the UAE.
- Identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors.
- Build and maintain a strong network within luxury real estate, hospitality, and design-led projects.
- Represent the business in a polished, consultative manner at client meetings, industry events, and site visits.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
- Track market activity, upcoming developments, and project pipelines within the luxury sector.
- Provide insight into competitor activity, emerging trends, and partnership opportunities.
- Maintain accurate reporting on leads, meetings, and business development activity.
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within hospitality, architecture, interior design, real estate, or construction.
- Strong understanding of the UAE luxury development and hospitality market.
- Proven ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Confident, articulate, and well-presented with strong commercial awareness.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
