We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic French-speaking CFO to join a leading international investment company with a strong global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all financial operations of the company, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Ensure compliance with French GAAP and other relevant regulatory frameworks.

• Provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth and investment decisions.

• Develop and maintain strong financial controls, risk management, and reporting systems.

• Collaborate with executive leadership on corporate strategy, financial planning, and capital allocation.

• Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders.

• Travel internationally as required to support business operations and investor relations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive within the investment management sector.

• Deep knowledge of French GAAP and international accounting standards.

• Strong background in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed.

• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).

• Professional finance qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
