Global Chief of Staff to Principal
Remote (New York, Miami or Houston)
Salary: Upwards of $200,000 p.a. depending on experience

Tiger Recruitment is seeking an outstanding Chief of Staff to support a high-profile Principal in the US. This position is for someone extraordinary, highly intelligent, composed, and discreet, who can move with quiet precision through a fast-paced environment whilst sharing the same vision as the Principal.
The Principal’s life and work span different continents and industries, requiring a trusted confidant who can bring structure, clarity, and calm to constant motion.
This is a globally mobile position, requiring frequent and extended international travel, approximately 75% of the time. The Chief of Staff will accompany the Principal across continents, ensuring readiness, precision, and continuity in every environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Acting as the operational and personal right hand to the Principal, the Chief of Staff will oversee all matters beyond core corporate operations, ensuring complete alignment across his business, personal, and lifestyle spheres. Working closely with the Managing Director of the family office; the Chief of Staff will manage a global team responsible for household and estate management, aviation and travel logistics, security, wellness, and personal staff. Every detail of the Principal’s world must function seamlessly, elegantly, and to the highest standard.
This is a position that demands exceptional leadership, diplomacy, and judgement. The Chief of Staff will serve as a central liaison between the Principal’s global operations - coordinating complex international travel, overseeing multiple residences and estates across continents, managing key vendor and service partnerships, and ensuring the highest standards of presentation, service, and discretion. They will also recruit, develop, and lead senior private staff across regions, fostering a culture rooted in loyalty, calm professionalism, and total confidentiality.
WHO YOU ARE
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting UHNW individuals, family offices, senior diplomats, or working within top-tier hospitality environments. A strong sense of diplomacy, humour, and humility is essential, as is impeccable communication and command of written and spoken English. The successful candidate will possess sharp business acumen, emotional intelligence, a refined sense of judgement, and the ability to anticipate needs, resolve challenges discreetly, and execute at a consistently exceptional level.
