We are working on a great role with a client within the Financial and Events sector who are looking for an Office Manager to join their team. Working within a global company at their HQ in London, you’ll be integral to the daily running of the office and leading the company culture. This a role that would suit someone who is keen to find a place where they can work collaboratively, in a social friendly environment and who can take ownership over their role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the Office Manager you will be someone who is comfortable and confident looking after both your colleagues and clients ensuring everything is running smoothly and anticipating any issues within the office environment. Someone who has experience working with vendors and managing contracts would be a benefit but a key part of the role will be championing the companies culture and ethos!
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Acting as a first point of contact for all guests
- Liaising with contractors/suppliers and maintaining office facilities
- Assist with IT as needed and ensuring all AV in the office is fully functional
- Manage office supplies
- Assisting the team with admin support, such as meeting bookings and travel organisation
- HR support such as onboarding new starters, setting up employees on HR/Payroll systems

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in an Office Management role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Experience in Financial Services or B2B events would be desirable
- Team player mentality
