A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist / Office Admin to join a boutique finance firm.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage reception desk, meeting and greeting all visitors
Meeting room management inc diary and catering
Switchboard management
Support the wider team with admin as needed
Ordering stationery and weekly food orders
WHO YOU ARE
A warm and dedicated candidate who enjoys working FOH, providing a 5* FOH service and supporting to a busy team.
Requirements:
Well-presented, proactive and personable
Strong MS Office skills
Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Top notch communication skills
This role is paying up to £32k (DOE) plus benefits and discretionary bonus.
