Sales Manager (B2B - FMCG)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Reports To: Director
Supervises: Sales Supervisors and Sales Executives (team of 8)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: SAR 15,000 - 20,000
A leading FMCG company headquartered in Dubai and India is seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Manager to oversee operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will manage a team of eight, driving growth through effective sales leadership, strategic business development, and strong customer relationship management.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the sales team handling government and semi government clients, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s footprint across the Riyadh region. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with a deep understanding of the FMCG market.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the Riyadh region.

Develop and expand the customer base among hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, and wholesale distributors.

Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms to maximise turnover while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and product availability.

Handle customer complaints and service issues promptly and effectively.
Team Leadership & Business Support

Lead and manage a team of eight sales professionals.

Monitor payment collections and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding dues.

Oversee adherence to company sales policies and reporting standards.

Collaborate with procurement and import teams to ensure product quality and consistency.

Conduct product knowledge training for sales team members and clients.
Market Intelligence & Competition Research

Conduct competitor and market analysis within the restaurant, catering, and wholesale segments.

Track competitor pricing, distribution strategies, and promotions.

Identify potential bulk buyers and develop targeted sales strategies.
Reporting & Coordination

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer visit summaries.

Report competitor activities and market trends to management.

Coordinate with marketing on local branding and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

7–9 years of experience in FMCG sales (hotel, catering, or B2B distribution experience preferred).

Proven leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.

Strong market understanding of the KSA FMCG landscape.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Must hold a valid KSA driving licence.
