We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Trainee (Emiratization) to join an International Company in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, performing accounting analyses, and ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting standards. This role offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to develop a strong foundation in accounting and finance within a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, record, and report accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

• Prepare general ledger entries and account reconciliations.

• Support financial analysis by identifying and interpreting variances within financial statements.

• Respond to inquiries from management, internal and external auditors, and other stakeholders.

• Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and audit-related requests.

• Maintain confidentiality and protect the organization’s financial information.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance roles.

• Audit experience is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
