The Chief Butler will oversee every aspect of the butler operation, ensuring the highest levels of attention and detail across all guest touchpoints. You will design bespoke guest experiences that reflect the character of the hotel, partnering closely with other departments to guarantee exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience within butler or guest services at a world-class hotel or Private Household, a deep understanding of ultra-luxury guest expectations, and an instinctive sense of discretion. You will combine a passion for innovation with a natural ability to inspire and develop others, supported by impeccable presentation, communication, and emotional intelligence.
