The Opportunity

We’re hiring an experienced Business Development (BD) professional to create and close new business, then own the sales pipeline and key accounts from first touch through integration and ongoing growth.

Stablecoin payments are undergoing explosive growth — this is an opportunity to become a core team member at the very center of this financial revolution.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, solution, negotiate, close, and expand.

• Build and run the pipeline: develop outbound sequences, manage inbound, maintain CRM hygiene, and forecast with discipline.

• Land strategic partnerships: wallets, PSPs, on/off-ramps, fintechs, exchanges, merchant aggregators, and enterprise merchants.

• Drive integrations to live: coordinate with product/engineering and partner teams to remove blockers and hit go-live dates.

• Develop GTM playbooks: segmentation, ICPs, messaging, pricing/packaging, and partner incentives.

• Own account growth: co-marketing, upsell / cross-sell motions, and multi-threading to executive sponsors.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

• Bring 5–10 years of experience in BD, partnerships, or enterprise sales in payments, crypto, or fintech, with a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

• Understand stablecoins and on-chain payments — settlement flows, custody/wallet infrastructure, compliance considerations, and partner economics.

• Are autonomous and proactive: you set goals, create structure, and execute without hand-holding.

• Thrive in ambiguity, with a bias for action in scaling liquidity ecosystems.

• Communicate crisply with executives and engineers alike; strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

• Are comfortable at a small, fast-moving startup and enjoy working closely with a founder.

• Can create new, high-impact deal and partnership structures that align partner incentives with Gregorian’s goals.

• Bonus: an established network of PSPs, merchant acquirers, or global remittance/payments partners.
