An esteemed private household is seeking an exceptional Private Chef to join their residence in Dubai, with regular travel to Spain and Canada (approximately once every 2–3 months for periods of up to one month). The Role
The Private Chef will oversee all culinary operations for the Principal, preparing daily meals and bespoke menus for private and social occasions. The position requires a refined palate, strong attention to detail, and the ability to create balanced, elegant dishes that celebrate international cuisine while incorporating the finest seasonal ingredients. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present daily meals and menus to the highest standard, tailored to personal preferences and dietary requirements.
- Design and execute seasonal, creative menus using the freshest premium ingredients, sourced locally and internationally.
- Curate and oversee private dinners and social functions, ensuring seamless execution and impeccable service.
- Manage the full kitchen operation, including cost control, budgeting, and stock rotation, with a focus on minimising waste and maintaining sustainability.
- Source and maintain strong relationships with trusted suppliers and producers to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintain an immaculate kitchen environment, upholding the strictest hygiene, organisation, and discretion standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility to travel and adapt seamlessly between residences in Dubai and Spain.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in Spanish – this is essential and non-negotiable.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with UHNW private family households.
- Expertise across international cuisines, with a flair for innovation and presentation.
- Strong understanding of cost efficiency, waste management, and seasonal menu planning.
- Professional, adaptable, and discreet, with a calm and confident approach.
- Holds a valid passport allowing smooth travel to Europe and Canada.
