Sales Team Manager – Luxury Serviced Offices
ASAP start | Temp to Perm opportunity
Central London | Office-based (8am–5pm or 9am–6pm)
£35,000–£40,000 + Commission + Benefits

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and commercially minded Sales Team Manager to join a leading provider of luxury serviced office spaces, known for their stylish environments and outstanding client experience.

You’ll take ownership of leading, motivating, and developing the central sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious performance targets. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy and ensuring each business centre reaches its full potential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic central sales team to achieve and exceed company KPIs and revenue goals
  • Manage the full sales cycle across multiple business centres, from enquiry through to signed contract
  • Monitor and analyse performance data to drive improvements in conversion rates and occupancy levels
  • Collaborate with Marketing to enhance lead generation and optimise campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate clients to increase new business opportunities
  • Deliver regular performance reviews, training, and development sessions for the sales team
  • Provide clear reporting and forecasting to senior management on sales activity and trends
  • Ensure a first-class client experience is maintained throughout the entire sales process
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth collaboration and consistency across teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and maximise results

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • A confident, hands-on sales leader with proven experience managing a high-performing sales team
  • Experienced within serviced offices, real estate, hospitality, or a related customer-centric industry
  • Target-driven with a strong commercial focus and strategic mindset
  • Exceptional communicator with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities
  • Data-driven and analytical, able to turn insight into action
  • A motivating leader who leads by example, fosters accountability, and inspires results
