Specializing in residential and mixed-use projects, this client delivering exceptional properties that blend innovative design, quality construction, and sustainable practices. We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Engineer to manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of the projects, from design review and tender evaluation to construction supervision and commissioning. As an MEP Engineer, you will be the technical guardian of all building services, ensuring MEP systems are designed, installed, tested, and commissioned to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and coordinate MEP designs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, low voltage, elevators, BMU, etc.)
• Conduct design review, tender evaluation, and value engineering
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, and contractors to resolve clashes
• Ensure compliance with DEWA, Civil Defense, Dubai Municipality, and other authorities
• Supervise MEP installation on site and manage testing & commissioning activities
• Oversee final handover documentation: as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and defect monitoring
• Support ongoing defect liability period (DLP) with monitoring and corrective actions

Candidate Criteria & Benefits:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred)
• 8+ years UAE experience in real estate development projects, residential and mixed-use projects preferred
• Proven expertise across pre-contract design review and post-contract construction supervision
• Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards (NFPA, ASHRAE, BS7671, DEWA, UAE Fire Code)
• Experience with DEWA connections, Civil Defense approvals, and regulatory compliance
• Developer-side experience, high-rise or complex projects, and district cooling projects advantageous
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficiency with MEP software, BIM, and smart building systems is a plus
