Job Description
Position: HR Operations Specialist
Experience Required: 4–5 years
Location: Dubai
*Must have experience in tech, financial services, or asset management*
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full employee life cycle including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
- Manage HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of HR processes.
- Administer and maintain HRIS systems for accurate employee records and reporting.
- Coordinate Training & Learning & Development programs to support employee growth.
- Lead and support HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Facilitate team building activities to strengthen engagement and company culture.
- Draft, review, and manage employment contracts and HR documentation.
- Support salary and payroll processes in collaboration with finance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4–5 years of HR experience with exposure to HR operations and L&D.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and MS Office suite.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, contracts, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing HR projects and cross-functional collaboration.
