Executive Assistant to the Managing Director – Abu Dhabi

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE - Must be based in Abu Dhabi 

Industry: Private Equity / Investment Banking 

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director of a leading private equity firm in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth management of the MD’s day-to-day activities, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted gatekeeper.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full executive support to the Managing Director, managing a complex and ever changing diary.

• Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including scheduling, agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups.

• Arrange international and local travel, including itineraries, visas, accommodation, and logistics.

• Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and credit card reconciliations accurately and on time.

• Support the planning and coordination of roadshows, client meetings, and investor relations activities.

• Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.

• Liaise with investors, partners, and senior executives to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.

• Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.

• Provide general office and administrative support as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior management within financial services, investment, or private equity environments.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar).

• Exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.

• A proactive and adaptable approach with strong interpersonal skills. Personal Attributes:
