Title: Senior Program Officer

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 p.a.

Tiger Recruitment is working with an incredibly successful and well-known company that is looking for a Senior Program Officer. This company envisions a world where children are engaged so they are prepared for the future.   This position sits nine months of the year in Abu Dhabi and three months of the year in the tri-state area.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Collaborate closely with the Principal to understand and be able to clearly advance and communicate objectives.
• Lead and evolve grants strategy.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of grants and/or related investments and develop metrics to assess effectiveness.
• Cultivate relationships with mission-aligned organizations.
• Familiarity with emerging marketing - in MENA, Africa, India.
• Drive collaboration across grantees, connecting game developers, educators, employers and learning platforms to create synergies.
• Oversee the full grant lifecycle, track outcomes, and surface insights.
• Manage both internal and external stakeholder communications.
• Build strong relationships with grantees, philanthropic partners, and others in the community.

WHO YOU ARE

• 10+ years’ experience in creative grant making, program strategy, and partnership building ideally in education and technology.
• Bachelor’s degree Required
• Passion for the power of innovation in philanthropy, such as video games as tools for education, creativity, skills development and social change.
• Experience with or a strong understanding of how technologies (games, apps, etc.) can be effectively deployed for impact.
• Experience curating events in collaboration with foundations and nonprofits.
• Experience working in emerging markets
• Superb oral and written communication skills
