Job Description

My client, an established corporate cleaning firm, are looking to hire a motivated and confident Client Services Manager to join them on a full time basis.

Role: Client Services Manager
Package: Competitive DOE
Where: North London 
When: Monday - Friday / 08:30 - 17:00 

Role duties:

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and the operations team
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and account growth
  • Conduct regular client meetings and site visits
  • Analyse client requirements and recommend tailored cleaning solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients
  • Ensure clear, timely communication on scope, budget, timelines and deliverables
  • Collaborate with operations and workforce teams to allocate staff effectively
  • Directly line manage another member of the Client Services Team
  • Oversee new and renewed contracts, ensuring smooth transition and implementation
  • Maintain accurate documentation within CRM and internal systems
  • Identify and secure upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Handle escalations and manage conflict with professionalism and urgency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within the cleaning industry with an established client base
  • Proven experience within a client services / business development role
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of the cleaning industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident in presenting and building strong relationships
  • Flawless attention to detail and high standards in delivery
