Role Overview

We are seeking a trustworthy, discreet, and well-presented Private Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for the Principal and family members. The ideal candidate will ensure punctuality, comfort, and confidentiality at all times while maintaining the vehicle to the highest standards of cleanliness and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Principal and family members to appointments, meetings, school runs, airport transfers, social events, and other destinations as required.

• Ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of all passengers at all times.

• Maintain all household vehicles in immaculate condition — cleaning, fueling, and arranging regular servicing and maintenance.

• Plan routes and manage schedules to ensure timely arrivals, taking into account traffic and road conditions.

• Assist with errands such as shopping, deliveries, and collections as required.

• Keep accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, maintenance, and vehicle expenses.

• Liaise with household staff and security to coordinate daily schedules and movements.

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Ensure compliance with all road and traffic regulations.

Requirements

• Valid UAE (or relevant country) driving license with a clean record.

• Minimum [5+] years of professional driving experience, ideally within a private household or for senior executives.

• Excellent knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and alternative routes.

• Punctual, reliable, and flexible with working hours (including weekends and evenings when needed).

• Presentable appearance and polite, professional demeanor.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Confidentiality and discretion are essential.
