SALES EXECUTIVE
OVERVIEW
A prestigious and trusted organisation uniting the global technology industry is seeking a results driven Sales Executive to join its growing team in Dubai.
The organisation hosts exclusive international executive summits that bring together decision makers, innovators, and investors across regions including the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia to accelerate collaboration, shape strategy, and advance industry growth.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, within only the following industries events, conferences, media, or the semiconductor/technology sector.
Only candidates based in the UAE will be considered, please do not apply if you are not based in the UAE.
Salary AED 12,500 per month
JOB SUMMARY
This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sponsorship and membership sales for global executive summits.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the semiconductor or technology sector, thrives in a fast paced, international environment, and has strong communication and relationship building skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities for events, sponsorships, and membership programs.

Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision makers in semiconductor and related industries.

Achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned territories and event portfolios.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and client pitches aligned with the organization’s strategic vision.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, research, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership success.

Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions.

Represent the organization at regional and international events, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement with key stakeholders.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within events, conferences, media, or the semiconductor/technology sector.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in engaging with C-level executives and multinational clients.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital sales tools.

Ability to travel internationally for events and client meetings.
