A dynamic entertainment and PR agency are urgently looking for an experienced and proactive Sales & Marketing professional to step in immediately and help stabilise and accelerate their growth, working between the UK and Spain (expenses will be covered).

You’ll lead on client acquisition, strengthen existing relationships, and rebuild momentum after a major client transition. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in the entertainment and PR space and can deliver quick, strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies
• Re-engage leads and attract new business opportunities
• Audit and optimise current marketing channels (social, email, PR, website)
• Support client communications and rebuild visibility and trust
• Collaborate with the Founder on business growth plans
• Represent the agency in meetings and client pitches (virtual & in-person)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development within PR, entertainment, or talent management
• Strong understanding of celebrity partnerships and media relations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Based in Spain or happy to travel to Spain 2 days/week (expenses will be covered)
• Available to start immediately
