Client Onboarding Administrator - 5 month FTC!

Start date: December
Salary: £30,000
Location: Piccadilly Circus
Contract: 4-5 months initially

Tiger is partnering with a market-leading investment services business - award winning, second to none team culture, a renowned fabulous workplace to work in!

They are seeking a fab Client Onboarding Administrator to join them on an initial 4-5 month FTC basis, with potential to extend. You will be working alongside a team, this is a very hands-on administrative role which requires a stellar attention to detail.

Duties involve, but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with clients over emails, phone calls
  • Processing applications of new clients, getting them onboarded into the database
  • Scanning documents, filing, uploading virtually
  • Performing checks on all new clients
  • Ad hoc admin, client services, data entry responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 12 months+ of Admin experience in a corporate environment  - professional or financial services ideally
  • Hard working attitude, amazing attention to detail, excellent communication skills and confident liaising with stakeholders
  • 'No task too big or small' approach and ability to work in a very fast-paced environment 

This role is based onsite 5 days/week.
