Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic EA to provide high-level support to 2 Partners in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is pivotal to the firm’s operations, and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced, growth environment.
Responsibilities

Anticipate Partner needs to optimise their time and focus.

Manage complex calendars, inboxes, travel, and expenses.

Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and research for meetings.

Support deal processes, pipeline tracking, and portfolio communications.

Maintain CRM data and handle confidential information with discretion.

Ad hoc private support as needed.
Requirements
-
3–5 years supporting a CEO or C-level executive in a fast-paced environment.

Tech, fintech or start up experience is highly desirable.

Strong attention to detail, high EQ, and a proactive and logistical mindset.

Resilient, composed, able to make an impact with minimal oversight, and able to juggle conflicting priorities.

Demonstrated longevity in prior roles.
