Operations Manager
Job Description
A high-growth start-up with a collaborative culture is looking for a hands-on, proactive Operations Manager to support the smooth running of their Central London office.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations, vendors, budgets, tech, and facilities.

Drive team culture through lunches, events, and offsites.

Support onboarding, including desk setups, equipment, and welcome packs.

Act as point of contact for visiting founders, and portfolio teams.

Assist with firm-wide initiatives, including process improvements and ESG projects.
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a similar role
-
Fast-paced, scale up, or startup backgrounds are desirable.

Strong organisational skills and a can-do attitude.

Excellent communication skills.

Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

A service driven mindset and passion for building great team experiences.
This role is paying up to £55k DOE, with benefits and hybrid working.
