Job Description

Tiger Private is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a high profile individual across their personal and professional life, based in a professional office environment working alongside the CEO and the wider team in central London.
 
The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations across both family and business matters, implementing and coordinating projects and events requiring the utmost discretion. They will need to be equally comfortable and adept in both personal and professional environments, working seamlessly across all aspects of the Principal’s busy life with an ability to identify opportunities and connect strategic goals between the two.

Key Responsibilities
 
Professional Support
• Complete operational responsibility for the management of Principal’s personal and professional calendar - coordinating across multiple teams and time zones, prioritising commitments and anticipating scheduling conflicts.
• Manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries including trains, flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
• Ensure the Principal is fully prepared for meetings, including writing briefing documents, and when appropriate join meetings, produce minutes and follow up actions.
• Manage all correspondence, email management and gifting on behalf of the Principal.
• Organise professional and personal events, managing logistics, third party contractors and strict timelines.
• Manage, maintain and develop key relationships across the Principal’s personal and professional life.
• Assistance with the Principal’s philanthropic activities.
• Provide support to the Head of Operations - including managing guests, meeting rooms, receiving deliveries, ordering office supplies and ensuring the workspace always maintains a professional appearance.
 
Personal Support
• Liaison with household staff to ensure that everything works seamlessly with the Principal’s complex schedule and wider family arrangements.
• Management of travel arrangements for the Principal (and accompanying household staff as needed) - pre-empting and processing visa applications, other travel documentation as required and coordination with a wide range of family events and school commitments.
• Support and execute special projects from conception through completion with the assistance of other members of the team.
• Accompany Principal to events or activities as needed
• Regularly run errands and manage ad-hoc requests with the upmost discretion.

• Proven ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong initiative-taken with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Professional manner with capability to interact effectively at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Mac applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 
Highly Desirable
• 5+ years of previous experience in a family office, private office, or UHNW environment.
• Experience supporting C-suite executives or high-profile individuals.
• Experience with diary management for multiple principals.
• Background in project management or event co-ordination.
• Track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Interests in the office and principals’ key areas of focus, namely education, culture, fashion, arts and entrepreneurship.
• Valid driving license
