Tiger Private is seeking a Permanent evening Booking Operations manager for a global luxury transportation company serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, executives, and VIPs across the world.  

The Booking Operations Manager will manage and oversee the smooth coordination of global client bookings during the evenings. Working as the central point of control between chauffeurs, account managers, and international partners, this person will ensure that every service is executed precisely to specification. The role involves managing end-to-end logistical workflows, monitoring chauffeur dispatch and vehicle allocation, and maintaining consistent service quality across multiple time zones. The Booking Operations Manager will work closely with account managers to understand client preferences, ensuring an exceptional and highly personalised standard of service.

The position also involves managing CRM and booking platforms, ensuring absolute accuracy in all data and communications, and providing real-time updates to both clients and internal teams. A key aspect of the role is continually refining operational processes to enhance efficiency, discretion, and the overall client experience, while also conducting quality assurance checks and supporting post-service feedback and improvements.

I am looking for candidates with great initiative and a preference for previous experience in , private aviation, elite concierge services, or high-end transportation logistics, but not essential. Fluency in English is mandatory and based in central London.  Additional languages are an advantage. An understanding of luxury service culture, combined with responsiveness, discretion, and experience liaising with personal assistants, estate managers, and security teams, will be highly valued.
