Temp Receptionist–Nottingham City Centre
Week of December 1st – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
8:00am – 5:00pm
£12-13 per hour
* Calling all available receptionists, with experience of working in similar positions on front of house, within an office environment. *
My client, a corporate office based in Nottingham City Centre within walking distance from the train station, are looking for a Temporary Receptionist, to help provide cover from 1st December, 3 days a week.
They require someone who can work on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 8am – 5pm, with a high chance of additional dates in the future.
What you’ll do:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in person and over the phone
- Manage a busy phoneline, directing calls and taking messages
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Who you are:
- Friendly, professional, and polished with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative role preferred
- A proactive attitude with a customer-first approach
