Salary: up to AED 20,000 per month
A well established international investment organisation is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and exceptionally organised Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and oversee day to day office operations. The successful candidate will be based in Abu Dhabi and will work closely with the Managing Partner and wider investment team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, and managing incoming calls to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Provide full Executive Assistant support to senior leaders, including diary management, travel bookings, itineraries, and meeting coordination.
• Oversee office supplies, vendor relationships, and ensure all office equipment is maintained and serviced as required.
• Assist with the organisation and execution of internal events and team functions.
• Welcome high profile visitors and ensure catering and meeting logistics are arranged to a high standard.
• Conduct research and compile information for both operational and investment related work.
• Support with accounts administration, documentation, and preparation of board materials.
• Provide general administrative and organisational assistance to the investment team, including support on transactions.
Qualifications and Attributes:
• 2–4 years of relevant experience working an an Executive Assistant preferred.
• Proactive, reliable, collaborative, with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong judgement, high integrity, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role is essential.
