Job Description
***Salary up to 10,000 AED
We are looking for a proactive, well-organized, and dependable PA / Office Assistant to support daily office operations and provide executive-level administrative support. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage a wide range of responsibilities with efficiency and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support

Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and data entry

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Personal Assistant Duties

Provide direct support to senior management
-
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
-
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Office Management

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
-
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functioning smoothly

Support onboarding processes for new employees (access cards, workstations, etc.)
General Support

Assist with HR and finance administration when needed

Support event planning, team activities, and company functions

Perform any ad-hoc tasks to keep operations running efficiently
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
-
2–4 years of experience in administrative, PA, or office support roles (UAE experience preferred)

Excellent communication skills—written and verbal

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and positive, proactive attitude
